The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to develop competency-based training courses based on key products and Aristocrat initiatives, ideally with a casino background. What you'll do

  • Build and develop engaging instructor-led, eLearning, and video-based learning materials for both internal and customer-facing audiences. Incorporate AI tools and analytics to improve learner engagement, content development efficiency, and performance tracking.

  • Conduct needs analysis to identify key behaviors and skill gaps that impact organizational goals.

  • Create clear, measurable learning objectives aligned with business outcomes.

  • Implement adult learning theory, models, and methods to support modern digital learning strategies.

  • Develop compelling storyboards, scripts, and visual learning flows for eLearning and video modules.

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) to produce high-quality multimedia training.

  • Implement usability and accessibility best practices to ensure an inclusive and seamless learner experience.

  • Collaborate closely with project teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional partners to ensure successful learning outcomes.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously using agile approaches and coordination techniques to deliver on time and within scope.

  • Foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing across all phases of content development.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Training, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated experience with instructional design in digital and virtual learning environments.

  • Strong knowledge of Bloom’s taxonomy and experience developing assessments for levels 1–3.

  • Proven ability to translate technical and complex information into engaging, learner-friendly content.

  • Minimum of one to three years of experience designing and developing training projects, including video-based learning, self-paced simulations, and assessments.

  • Experience using authoring and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), Articulate 360, and other multimedia tools.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Descript, or similar).

  • Strong understanding of storyboarding, scripting, and visual storytelling for instructional content.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in an agile environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and remote teams.

  • Highly self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to emerging technologies and learning trends.

Pay Range

$61,736 - $114,653 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
